All clients are required to review and adhere to the booking policies outlined below prior to scheduling an appointment. These policies are designed to ensure consistency, professionalism, and exceptional service for every client.

Deposits

Please note that a deposit is required to secure your booking. All deposits are final and non-refundable but rest assured that your deposit will be applied towards the total cost of your service. Thank you for your understanding!

Late Fees

Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 10 minutes late you will need to reschedule and may be asked to leave, unless prior arrangements have been made. If the provider is late by more than 10 minutes, a $10 refund will be issued, if you are over 10 minutes and discussed there will be an up charge of $10. Thank you for your understanding!

Rescheduling & Cancellation

Please note that cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24-48 hours in advance. Last-minute, rescheduling, or no-shows may result in the inability to book future appointments, unless discussed otherwise. To retain your deposit, any rescheduling must occur within 72 hours of your original appointment Thank you for your understanding!

Please keep in mind that I am a part-time stylist, please allow 24-48hr response

Hair must be 3" from the scalp for any braid styles

Please book styles 6 hours or more at your earliest convenience

HD lace preferred for any wig style

$15 Squeeze Ins (Less than 48hr notice)

ALL braided/weave loc hair provided

REFUNDS WILL ONLY BE PROVIDED IF MAJOR DAMAGE OR LOSS
