Before Booking Please Read (Long Text) - A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. The deposit will go toward the total cost of your service. If your appointment is cancelled by the stylist, your deposit will be refunded. - Hair must be washed, detangled, blow-dried, and free of oils or products prior to your appointment. - Please cancel or reschedule at least 72 hours before your appointment to avoid losing your deposit. - Deposits may only be reused if the appointment is rescheduled within 72 hours of the cancellation. After that time, a new deposit will be required to book again. - If you are unsure which service to book, please contact us before scheduling your appointment. - No extra guests are allowed unless they are being serviced. - Braiding hair will be provided for braid services. - Please check your email for booking confirmations and appointment updates. - A 10-minute grace period will be given. After 10 minutes, a $10 late fee will be added. After 15 minutes, your appointment will need to be rescheduled. - Accepted payment methods: Cash, Zelle, Apple Pay, and CashApp. Lace & Hair Requirements - For lace services, lace must be HD or true transparent lace. If the lace is too dark or the knots are excessively large, the lace may not blend properly. In this case, you may be asked to purchase a new wig before your appointment to ensure the best results. - Hair Recommendations (Optional Vendors): Clients may purchase hair from any vendor of their choice.
